Gobsmacked I am Pink Bob 2018 $25.99
Gamay, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Foch blend. Winemaker Jason Parkes’s daughter Piper drew this picture of a friend's yet unborn baby, insisting it was a boy, and even more adamant that he was to be named "Bob". Please enjoy this wine very, very cold. Bob likes the cold.
Fitz Mischief Pinot Blanc 2018 $21.99
The 2018 Pinot Blanc is 100% estate grown. It is a light bodied wine with a melon and red apple aromas with a hint of toast. Crisp acidity, medium weight with a textural firmness. Soft minerality and freshness that develops complexity with time.
Upper Bench Chardonnay 2018 $26.99
This chardonnay is 50% aged in French oak barrels for 3 months and 50% is in stainless steel tanks. The limited exposure to oak provides balance and structure without detracting from the fruit and terroir. If you have not enjoyed Chardonnay in the past, we encourage you to try this one; it will change your mind! On the nose, it displays apricot, butterscotch, crème brûlée, meyer lemon, and tropical fruit. On the palate are notes of lemon, caramel, grapefruit, persimmon, and honeysuckle.
Gray Monk Pinot Noir 2018 $19.99
This Pinot Noir has a bright ruby red colour and a bouquet of red cherry and red currant fruit, accented by notes of earth, oak and a touch of spice. The light to medium-bodied frame is supported by soft elegant tannins and food-friendly acidity. Juicy cherry and red berry flavours evolve on the palate and linger on the finish, with an added note of earth and delicate spice.
Summerhill Cabernet Franc Organic 2016 $27.99
15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 85% Cabernet Franc. The Cab Sauv portion was fermented in oak fourde. The wine spent 12 to 18 months in oak barrel. Structured and bold with notes of cherry, cassis, cocoa, cedar and a hint of spice.
