Muscat 2016 $21.99

The aroma is typically ‘grapey’, and the profile is dry, but with fabulous fruity flavours of pineapple, peach and white flowers, set within a zesty citrus structure. It’s a symphony of tropical fruits in a glass – a wine equally at home with spicy foods as it is sipped all on its own.

Rose 2018 $22.99

Bordertown is blessed with premier plantings of Cabernet Franc, and we have diverted some of these to the production of a classic French Provence style rosé.

Pinot Gris 2017 $19.99

This Pinot Gris is sourced from three separate vineyard parcels on our family estate. Fermented in stainless steel, this wine has a rich, rounded, honeyed, tropical fruit style, with aromas and flavours of banana and even hints of zesty blood orange. It’s a versatile food pairing wine, matching up nicely with grilled chicken, seafood in flavourful sauces, and pork tenderloin. But you’ll find it hard to resist all by itself!

Chardonnay 2016 $24.99

This estate grown Chardonnay underwent malolactic fermentation and eight months in French oak to arrive at a wine showing deep golden colour, opulent fruit, and a rich rounded mouthfeel. It is weighted, textured, and shows a buttery richness that makes it absolutely ideal with rich weighty fish, grilled veal chops with mushrooms, and late summer vegetables like red peppers, corn, butternut squash and pumpkin.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 $34.99

Bordertown has harnessed the desert’s hot days and cool nights to produce a Cabernet of genuine quality, bursting with black fruits and blackcurrant, with pleasant hints of bell pepper and mint, within a firm but inviting tannin structure. This is a fabulous red offering elegance and finesse – as at home with BBQ burgers as it is with fine cuisine.

Living Desert Red 2015 $26.99

This signature blend is comprised of the finest blocks of Cabernet Franc and Merlot on the estate which were cropped low and meticulously farmed. Various lots were aged separately in a combination of fresh and seasoned French oak barrels. It showcases aromas and flavours of red and black fruits, dark chocolate, sandalwood, and the wild herbs that grow amongst this region’s vineyards. Enjoy now with rich red meat dishes or cellar for up to 8 years.
