Wines for the Long Weekend

Some favs for summer!

Tasting between 3:30pm-6:30pm

Howling Bluff Sauvignon Blanc 2018 $21.99

This new vintage is from the 3 Mile Creek Vineyard.

Crisp and fresh, with notes of citrus and nettle on the nose, in addition to the trademark Sauvignon Blanc aromas of pineapple and grapefruit. Pairs beautifully with mussels, clams, oysters, and soft white cheeses.

 Corcelettes Oracle Rose 2018 $22.99

This Provence inspired rosé is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah. Gentle, whole cluster pressing combined with a cold and slow fermentation created this perfectly pale pink, dry, yet rich and creamy summer time marvel! Hand-picked from two contrasting vineyards to craft fruit and freshness. Oracle is layered with grapefruit citrus and wildflower aromas while bright melon, apple and cranberry keep length and focus to this fun yet serious rosé

 Harpers Trail Riesling 2018 $17.99

This is a stellar example of bright, crisp, refreshing Riesling. Rich aromas of tree fruits and pineapple are contrasted beautifully by the crisp minerality on the palate and finish. Pair with poached or grilled white fish or with a fruit salad.

The View Pinot Noir 2016 $26.99

This Pinot Noir has vibrant aromas of fresh strawberry jam, bright red cherry, warm forest floor and spice. Flavours of black currant and raspberry are complemented by a bright acidity and pleasing earthy tannins.

Arrowleaf Field Collection Red 2016 $24.99

Cherry, plum and raspberry aromas with vanilla and subtle spicy undertones. Medium-bodied and smooth on the palate with sweet fruit flavours lingering on the finish. Blend: 59% Merlot 41% Zweigelt
