The 2015 Syrah has been co-fermented with Viognier and Roussanne. It features a bouquet of blackberry, violets, pepper, bacon-wrapped roasted meat and a hint of strawberry. The palate is similar to the nose with violets, blackberry, plum, and strawberry combining with spicy pepper notes and a savoury toastiness. The vibrant acidity - balanced by smooth tannins - is present throughout from start to satisfying finish. Pair our Syrah with steak, ribs, and roasts.
