Hand harvested, this vintage was aged 16 months in 100% French Oak. The result is a spectacularly concentrated yet elegant Pinot Noir. The nose is greeted with strawberry, raspberry,blackcherry and clove aromas. Complex, rich and smooth with soft, silky tannins supported by intriguing spice, cedar and tight acidity on the finish. A perfect wine to pair with Sockeye Salmon & Seared Ahi Tuna.
