Church & State Lost Inhibitions Sparkling
Chardonnay (85%), Muscat (15%)
This wine is an ambrosia of fruit! Bananas and Pineapples on the nose to a palate of ripe pears and golden delicious apples and peaches. Apples and Pears continue with the Muscat contributing to a floral note on the finish. Each grape varietal contributing to this wine was fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at an average of 15- 16 degrees Celsius for 7-10 days. Wine was racked of lees to preserve the fruit forward style suited for the Lost Inhibitions family of wines. The cuvée was blended so that the bubbles would bring a little more class to the sass of the wine.
