This is a blend of 72% sauvignon blanc, 20% semillon, and 8% viognier. It was fermented and aged in stainless, the tightness of which works well against the inherent potency of the grapes. Medicinal lemon, quince, yellow apple is decked with a waxy semillon base all buoyed by the bright acidity of the sauvignon. Balanced and clean, this medium+bodied white is drinking well now and should age effortlessly for two years or more under screw cap.
