Fitz Blanc de Blanc Brut 2014
The 2014 Reserve Blanc de Blancs is as crisp and refined as the packaging it wears. The 2014 vintage was very good to us with warm winds blowing up from the south to complement what was already a good growing season at Fitz. This crisp and refined wine presented us with a debate at bottling. Reserve Sparkling wines are rested on lees longer than any other in our sparkling wine program at no less than 36 months. The result is real richness and complexity in the wine – a quality you can’t rush. The Fitz Reserve Blanc de Blancs is made using traditional methods from 100% estate grown Chardonnay grapes from Greata Ranch Vineyard.

Little Farm Riesling 2016
Intensely flavoured, racy and mineral, the 2015 Riesling is in the typical Little Farm style – all about power and minerality. Lime zest, green apple and hints of exotic tangerine with a little stone fruit lead into a long, electric finish full of oyster shell minerality. Bone dry with high acidity there is a richness to the mid-palate texture from 10 months ageing on the lees to balance the zippy acidity.
Clos Du Soleil Capella 2016
Capella is Clos du Soleil’s flagship white Bordeaux-style wine. A classic blend of 88% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Sémillon, this is a wine of grace, elegance, and age-worthy structure. Sporting a light golden-hue in the glass, this beautiful wine greets the drinker with aromas of pink grapefruit, lemon jelly and lime zest. On the palate the wine is rich and mouth filling, yet crisp and bone-dry. Mouth-watering, ripe lime zest is dominant, but quickly melds into flavour of peach, lemonade, and a hint of passion fruit, and a lively sense of minerality through to the long finish. Complex and engaging, this is a seafood wine par-excellence: sea bass, tuna, crab, or oysters would be a knockout. Roast chicken or herb-crusted pork would be excellent too. Enjoyable now, this is a wine that will develop an added sense of richness with age.

The Hatch Dynasty White 2016
With the Dynasty White, extravagant opulence was the goal and combining Chardonnay, Semillon and a dash of Muscat proved to be the winning combination we were seeking. This wine defied vineyards, and it goes beyond the grapes themselves. After fermenting the Chard and Sem in older oak, we allowed this wine to further develop for 9 months in stainless steel barrels on their lees to create a wine of wine up front texture while retaining a sense freshness. The Muscat was an accouterments at the end of the process, and who doesn’t love Muscat.
Cedar Creek Platinum Viognier 2016
Dense, ripe and rich style with sun-warmed, aromatic apricot, peaches and pears, sourced from Haynes Creek Vineyard. A fermentation split between French barriques (40 percent), concrete egg (30 percent) and 30 percent barrel and foudre, makes for an expressive, layered and textural wine albeit adding to viognier's inherent girth. Five months on the lees in oak/concrete further upped the ante. Honeysuckle, honeydew, acacia blossoms and jasmine complete the package. Not shy, enjoy this off-dry and full-bodied wine solo, or alongside honey shellacked ribs.

C.C. Jentsch Small Lot Chardonnay 2017
Smooth and rich, this Chardonnay was fermented and aged for six months in premium French oak barrels, showcasing aromas of tasty croissant, vanilla, pears, quince and lovely spices such as clove and nutmeg. The palate is bursting with flavours of stone fruits and great minerality while showing the smooth richness of the oak
Privato Tesoro Pinot Noir 2015
“Tesoro” meaning treasure in Italian exemplifies the elegance and finesse of our flagship Pinot Noir. This wine is patiently aged for 18 months in French oak before resting an additional year in the bottle. Earthy notes are accompanied by aromas of raspberry and black currents. On the palate, a soft, silky mouthfeel compliments the layers of lasting fruit flavours.

Le Vieux Pin Syrah Cuvee Classique 2016
While it combines elements of both the old and new world, our Syrah leans more toward what you would expect from France’s Rhone Valley – hence the name. While its sibling Cuvée Violette showcases the floral, graceful and perfumed side of Syrah, Cuvée Classique shows the dark, savoury, spicy and powerful side of this noble grape variety. The wine is nuanced and elegant, yet structured in its youth. In 2016, white and black peppercorn, iron, dark wild berries, black olives and forest floor form the aromatic and flavour profiles of this wine. There is a great balance between the components already albeit on the young side. Neither as robust as the likes of 2012 and 2015, nor as linear and elegant as 2010 and 2011. Balance is the word that keeps coming up.
Black Swift Cabernet Franc 2014
The Desert Valley Vineyard lays upon a unique climate and soil type. Being on the Western Slope, this gets mostly direct morning sun which creates longer and cooler growing conditions in a paradoxical sense in the heat of the South Okanagan. The soil itself is super rocky, old alluvial river bed type. The adage we’ve applied to soil is ‘With Clay-Limestone, you taste the soil. In river rocks, you taste the grapes’ and this shows in the wine; the classic notes of bright raspberry, pencil lead and some mint and eucalyptus undertones shine right through despite the overt intensity of the wine itself.
This Cabernet Franc is decidedly youthful and enthusiastic right now, but the complexity and subtlety is already evident. Not lacking in tannic structure, this wine is surprisingly drinkable at this stage in its life, while still having lots of room to grow. The silkiness and texture is what really amazes at this stage in development.
Painted Rock Merlot 2014
Sweet vanilla, spice and ripe berry and black plum on the nose. The palate shows more ripe black berries and mocha, balanced with French oak and vibrant acidity. A well-balanced and structured wine.

C.C.Jentsch Small Lot Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
The exceptional warm and dry year of 2015 has enabled us to produce this Cabernet Sauvignon with luscious aromas of black currant, peppercorn and toasted coffee beans. Aged in oak for sixteen months, it boosts a full body with flavours of dark fruit, ripe cherries, pine resin and hints of sage.
Church and State Coup d’Etat 2014
Deep garnet in colour, with aromas of raspberries, cinnamon, figs, dark chocolate and a hint of smokey cedar/cigar box. The nose is mimicked on the palate with well integrated tannins and a balanced acidity producing great richness and length and leaving you wanting another sip.
