The Century Block is named after the 100 different species of apples that were once planted where the vines grow today. Planted in 2005, clones 667 and 777 grow in the river bed of the now-dry Three Mile Creek, the rock and sand lending unique characteristics to our most prestigious wine. This wine was aged in 100% new French oak for 12 months. Cellaring - up to 15 years.
