This vintage of our Ho-We-Nam Ho-We-Nem is made from whole cluster pressings from our home vineyard Muscat . It was fermented in a Charmat tank but naturally carbonated with its own sugar. The fizzy lift and light acidity complement the flowery perfume notes typical of muscat, with just a touch of bready brioche and residual sugar on the palate. Enjoy with poultry, smoked salmon, or your favourite first responder.
