he grapes used to produce this massively popular wine were harvested from separate vineyards in the fall of 2017. The Pinot Noir & Merlot were treated like white wine grapes and were sent directly to the press for whole cluster pressing. The must was transferred to a stainless steel tank for primary fermentation. The lack of skin contact between the juice and the skins helps extract the lovely pale pink color you see in the final product. Using this traditional method the wine has a cleaner mouth feel and also tends to retain fresher fruit flavours.
